DELIVERY INFO

At Valuelectrics we are pleased to offer free, delivery for in stock products on orders over £1000 excluding VAT . To benefit from this your order must be placed before 1pm, Monday to Friday. If you place your order after the next day cut off time it will be dispatched the following working day. For orders below £100 excluding VAT , delivery is charged at your postcode rate during check out + VAT for UK Mainland. This charge is applicable only once per order

Deliveries in the UK are currently taking a day or two longer than normal due to the volume of parcels in the courier’s network therefore if your parcel is late please allow an extra 1-2 days before contacting us.

Currently, we are only able to offer delivery to UK mainland addresses. We regret that we are unable to deliver to the Isle of Scilly, Jersey, Guernsey, Northern Ireland, Isle of Man and the rest of Europe.

There are some geographical areas that we are unable to offer free delivery as standard, such as the Scottish Highlands We are unable to guarantee next day delivery to the following postcodes AB31, AB33-38, AB44-56, IV, HS, KA27-28, KW, PA20-88, PH17-26, PH30-44, PH49-50, TR21-25 and ZE.

For fragile goods such as lamps and light fittings, we try to use as local a delivery service as possible, but regardless of the service, they will be thoroughly packaged to ensure they arrive in the best possible order.

The vast majority of our orders are serviced by DPD and allow you to track your order using a link within the email confirming your order has been dispatched. DPD will alert you with an SMS or an email so you know the timeslot in which your delivery is due to arrive. You will have the option to reschedule your delivery for another day or have your goods left with a designated neighbour, should anything arise and you become unable to receive the delivery.

Please note orders containing products over 1 metre in length will be serviced by different carriers. In these instances, the next day service cannot be guaranteed and there is no free delivery for these products.

Whilst every effort is made to ensure that the stock availability of products displayed on the site is accurate; all goods are subject to availability. If on receipt of your order we find the goods you have ordered are no longer available from stock, we will inform you as soon as possible.
